Filtration stage
The product filters the cake and the mother liquor separation. Filters the cake thickness to be possible to reach 400mm~500mm.
Washing stage:pruifying the filter cake,washing the left parent solution and dehydrating liuid layer by layer,finally from pasty turbid liquid and the filter cake being thoroughly cleaned.

D.Sealing type:two-end &non-germ mechanical sealing.
E.Blending axle:Solid and hollow axle (two types).The solid axle is used for material without heat.When the blending leaf needs to heat the dry material,we shoule adopt the hollow axle and the axle tip is equipped with rotary connector as passage for heating medium.
F.The blender can be straigh or S type. It can be also equipped with scraper or not.And we can supply heating disposal according to different material.The blender leaf has differnt shape such as roune tube,triangle tube.The inner hollow part is designed for materal heating through medium.It affords the main function for filtering,washing and drying procedure. |

Drying stage:dehydrating and drying disposal for filter cake During the filter cake becoming loose by blender the side of wall,filter plate bottom and moving blender leaf will heat the filter cake together The humisity will vapor fast.The inner vacuumdesign can promote the vaporizing humtdity for better drying.

Chassis structure:
A.Fixation type:welding the chassis in the facility cylinder with the heater system for drying function.
B:Detachment type:Using the fastener to clamp the upside and downside flange of chassis to realixe the sealing function.
The chassis can be detached by hydraulic oil cylinder .there is wheel equipped under the chassis forchassis by bolt,guaranteeing no screw for material connecting part.
Unloading stage:Through the blender leaf reverse turning the dry material is pushed and unloaded from side exit into package stage.
Discharging device:there are two kinds of discharging valves. one is manual controling type.The other is hydraulic controlling valveAfter clisng the valv core,the inner side will match the inner wall of facilitys cylinder and it will not eddect the blending action.For the discharging valve ,we can adopt many kinds of sealing such as metal sealing,For teh discharging valve we canadopt many kinds of sealing such as fast-open type |
