It is mainly used in pharmaceutical & chemical lines and suits for the BACTERIOPHAGE,cystal type or other particle type material drying it is designed according to GMP requirement and passed the America FDA checking.
Main structure and feature:
1.The awl degree is 60o.When the material is moving in single direction,it is easily
unloaded in a lump.
2.Equipped with two arresters(three arresters for bigger machine),it can stop the
facility moving at any degree.
3.Equipped with push switch,we can push it and can stop the facility at any degree
and can guarantee the unloading stable.
4.The unit is equipped with low-temperature condensation system.It callback the vaporized
solvent.It has good value and can also improve the working condition for vacuum pump.
5.The three layers of awl are mode of stainless steel in case of any electricity difference between A3 armor plate and stainless armor plate.If there is any electricity difference,it will cause the erosion and perforation easily.Our design reduces the cost for maintenance.
6.The two-end axles for duel Awl are made of stainless steel too.The twoaxle degree for 100 liter-750 liter is <0.12mm.the two axle degree for 1000 liter=3000 liter is <0.16mm .the two -axle degree for 3500liter -5000liter is <0.18mm .The axles can run stable with longer life.
7.The full frame is welded by carbon armor plate and groove steel.The frame is also covered with stainless steel and polished well in case of any deformation.
8.The two ends of axle are sealed mechanically with perfect performance.
9.The two-end covers of the apparatus have been equipped with the autoknocking device in case of any material sstack there and guarantee the full material dry evenly.
10Connecting the strap wheel with the strap wheel of worm wheel reducer by motor,then connecting the
gear of reducer with the main axle of dry machine .When the horizontal axle of the apparatus running,it can make the full machine run stable.
11.Setting up the special device for CIP and SIP according to the GMP requirements.
