2M3－3.5M3Groove-type blending vacuum drying machine |
The Groobe type blending vacuum drying machine is one of the main drying machines for each kind of BACTERIOPHAGE,scatter type or other particle type material in Pharmaceutical&Chemical lines,specially for some adhesive meaterial.
The main structure feature：
1.The groove-type drying machine has the clip cover for conducting heat The groove cover can be open automatically and supply heat at the same time within the groove there is hollow type axle blender for conducting heat.The blender is made of two reverse direction screw propellers The material in the grove can accept the heat fully during strong blending and promote the evaporation Then we can draw out the evaporation and realixe the drying.
2.The inner wall,clip cover and temperature-keeping part of groove-type drying machine are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel The inner and outer surface of the stainless steel is both polished well.It is easy for cleaning and realizes the non-germ standard It is also easy for conducting heat and increases the drying efficiency.
3.Have bigger surface for conducting heat .so it has higher function for conducting heat and few requiruments for the floor area.
4.Reduce the running cost.We choose the secondry cycloid needle wheel decelerator as driver The power is 4KW.Comparing with other drying machine the power is loweraround 40%.so the driver ratio is smaller the speed is faste5r and the output torque is bigger and save the power energy.
5.suitable for material with higher moisture Because of strong blending ,especially for particle high-moisture material,the block type material in the portal will not become block after drying.At present,we mainly produce 2M groove type blending vacuum drying machine. The out size for 2M is length 3383mm X width 1950mm.We are also trying to improve the series of groovr type blending vacuum machine units and welcome all customers come to guidance,discuss business. |
