1.Hot air purifying system:changing the compressor to fan for air supplying and changing the activr charcoal cotton filter system to three-layer filter system . it will increase the air purifying quality and save the energy.For high quality air puality air purifying, we use the super thin fiberglass paper as the filter medium and the high temperature-removing adhesive for encapsulation.After this filter,we can find that the partice with 0.5um is elss than 10 pieces/liter and achieve the non-germ requirement.
2.Airflow spray: Adopting the new developed three-type airflow sprayer,it will bring better contact,even spray and realize the non-germ production for the simle structure and eady operation.This kind of airflow spray can avoid the contact between the seal for hydraulic pump of pressure type spray system and the surrounhding air .It can also avoid the seal problem for the rotary axle of centrifugal type spray and the possible particle attached in the centrifugal tray.
3.For improving on the method for hot air entering,it can bring better contact for inhalator and shorten the drying time.The drying intensity for spray drying machine can reach 7kg(water)/3 hours.It is in accordance with the GMP requirement.
